We enjoyed the view of the lake from our room and were able to enjoy a candlelight dinner in the resturant. We topped it off with a relaxing day at the Bliss Spa. The pool was closed. The last day the "wireless" room, where computers, etc. were located, "disappeared" and none of the staff seemed to know what happened. We changed rooms and, in both, several batteries had to be replaced, bath doors fixed, etc., providing multiple tipping opportunities for an eager staff. The concierge and front desk were excellent. Great location and views and fun bar on the top floor! The staff was amazing and our room was one of the coolest rooms I've been in at a hotel! The bed was so comfortable--I didn't want to leave!
