We went to the Vintage for four nights.

We went to the Vintage for four nights. And we had a great time. The hotel was in really good conditions. The room service is spectacular. The views from this resort are also great. Dining at the hotel is not spectacular. But you can always drive 5 minutes into downtown Winter Park and buy some food or drinks at their restaurants. We went water rafting in Leadville its only about forty-five minutes away. We went on some tours in Denver it is only about an hour away from the resort. Over all both my girlfriend and i were very pleased to have stayed at The Vintage Resort and Conference Center. Well see them next year!!

We stayed in the middle of the week in June. THere was no one there except us and a small family reunion group. They bumped us up to a loft suite, and my 4 year old loved playing on the spiral stairs. We swam in the pool and hot tub a ton (there were a fair amount of bugs in the pool, but it was bug season. There was no stove in the kitchenette, and just 2 burners, but we made do and otherwise it was perfect and wonderful.

We got an excellent price for this hotel thru travel website. It is in a great location; right at the base of the mountain. Great for skiing in winter and biking/hiking in summer. We went on the whitewater rafting with mad adventures - got the brochure at the hotel --- it was our first time and it was a blast!

All Review Photos We thoroughly

All Review Photos We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Vintage. This property is conveniently located at the entrance of the Winter Park ski area. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Upon our arrival, we were heartily greeted by Tipper - the resident dog. The property is pet friendly, but requires an additional $25 pet fee. One of the main things I liked about this property is the fact that the rooms have kitchenettes. A quick trip to the Safeway in Fraser allows you to stock up on breakfast goodies and snacks. There's a small freezer with ice trays in the refrigerator, so no schleping down the hall in the mornings to get ice or a drink. This one in-room convenience, the kitchenette, could potentially be a big money saver as eating every meal at the ski resorts or local restaurants can be pricey. Another convenience is an onsite ski shop where you can rent boots and skis. They also have a limited supply of gloves, goggles, and t-shirts for purchase. On the first floor of the hotel property are lockers where you can store your skis/snowboards. Locker numbers correspond with room numbers and the same keys operate both. Getting down to the ski lifts is super easy. The hotel has a shuttle that goes to the lifts in the mornings. Also, Winter Park ski busses pass right by the hotel all day long, approximately every five minutes. So just walk out to the front of the resort and hop on a bus. The facility has a large hot tub and heated pool, accessible from the second floor. There is also a restaurant/pub conveniently located on the lobby level.
