During our stay @ Village West we were surprised that the resort does not instruct the employees to smoke in an inconspicuous area away from where guests come & go. The room's are old and very dirty the staff all the way to the owner were rude and very unaccommodating. we had dirty underwear in our room and pubic hair all over the bathroom. The only restaurant in the evening is an old dingie bar. The food is disgusting and again the staff is terrible.
