The room was spacious and beautifully appointed, the pool was great, and common areas were amazing. The layout was not very convenient, but did not take away from the experience. In short, highly recommended. Plus staying at the hotel is the best way to guarantee access to Tao nightclub and lounge on a weekend night.

Rooms were very spacious and had good views.Main pool was unclean and drains were smelly with influx of weekend visitors. High standard of Comfort Inn rooms with plenty of dining choice. Very helpful and welcoming staff.

The overall aesthetic was remarkable. The layout was rather confusing; and it wasn't that easy to find your way around the hotel without asking hotel personally. The layout was very confusing, but the overall experience was more than satisfying.

The location is great, but my room was not so great. The room i stayed in had thin walls. There is only one bathroom, the walls was thin and i could hear people walking down the hallway, the bathroom toilet room had no exhaust fan, the gondola ride was romantic yet so expensive for the time you get (the gondola person wouldnt even take a picture of us. The pool was not as great as i expected. The minimum table bets was so high. This hotel is over rated.

The room was very modern. Was not super clean. Had no view. Good hotel for gamblers but like all the large casinos has no character despite a mighty effort. Is really a mix of pieces of what other casino hotels have. Nothing original. Quite honestly I don't think I would stay there again. Pricy for food and very impersonal as I guess one should expect from a hotel casino of that size.

Rooms are all remodeled, and large. Hotel itself is a destination. There was a flowery perfume smell that was at times over powering. Venetian is a great hotel that is a destination unto itself. The rooms are large and well kept, the restaurants are top shelf, and the location can't be beat. Not the biggest pool (Bellagio is much nicer), but all in all nice enough to relax a bit.

As I mentioned in my review of The

As I mentioned in my review of The Stratosphere, I am also writing a review about the two other places I've stayed during visits to Las Vegas. The Venetian was "home" during my second Las Vegas stay.

If you are looking for an absolutely beautiful, clean, comfortable place to stay in Vegas, and you don't mind spending a little more, reserve a suite at The Venetian. You won't regret it.

If I am not mistaken, all rooms at The Venetian (like many of the other upscale hotels in Vegas) are suites. You will have your choice of several upgrades. At the time of my family's and my stay, we chose the $269.00 per night Luxury suite. I think this one was the least expensive ones, but it had the most outstanding accomodations we'd ever experienced and then some, I'm sure. One or even a family of three (as we were) could not have asked for more.

My husband and I took the king sized bed. We have been searching for a bed as comfortable as that one for our own over the last year and a half since our stay at The Venetian. Our son slept on the sleeper sofa in the sunken living area. We had our HD T.V. and our son had his. And we never had to worry about missing any part of any program or movie we were settling into late at night because there was one in the bathroom as well.

It was so fun to crawl into the bubble filled jacuzzi tub, lay back, soak, and watch t.v. We all took our long turns at this.

Even the air in the room was exceptional. I think that maybe scented oxygen was pumped into the rooms as I believe that it must have been down in the casino.

Even luxury hotels seem to have long-waiting service when you call for it. But The Venetian seemed to be quite prompt when we needed additional bath linens, extra pillows, or whatever we called for. Maybe it was just that we were enjoying the stay so much, that we didn't notice any lengthy waits.

Of course, this trip was a fun one (as opposed to my first trip to Vegas) and we had many plans for siteseeing and shows. But we ended up inviting my daughter and her guy up to the room one night (instead of walking the strip), and we just stayed in where it was cool, comfortable, and easy. How often can one say that they would rather sit in their hotel room than go out?

The Venetian was definitely our kind of place. They offer a beautiful website where you can virtually tour the rooms. And what you see on their website IS what you get in person. So when you reserve a room there, you won't be in the least disappointed when you arrive.

I highly recommend The Venetian to anyone heading out to Vegas. You will be quite impressed, you'll feel you've gotten your money's worth and you will not regret your stay there.
