Great place to stay close to lots of stuff!

The location of VCA was great with in 10-15 minutes from just about anything tucson mall, movies, food. The hotel staff is so pleasant especially Front Desk person Clinton. They are always willing to recommend places and then give directions. We traded out a timeshare to stay here in Tucson and not once asked if we wanted to tour there facilty(yes this is a good thing:) The bed was a little hard for my liking but everything else made up for it. nice jacuzzi tub in the room. Well stocked Kitchens, and fresh towels everyday delivered to your room. and as of july 08, They have wireless internet service available. Just ask the front desk for the code. Then use it with your laptop in your room :) We loved this place and will stay again if ever in Tucson again. And we are wanting to exchange with some of there other propertys.

A nice hotel...

I don't know why this is only posted as a 2 star hotel. The rooms are well appointed and really pretty. The grounds are lovely inside...great gym and heated pool.

The staff is friendly. The only complaint is slow service in the "Joey's" restaurant. Even there, the food is ok.

The internet only works in 1/2 of the rooms, there are only a few rooms with tubs, the continental breakfast is coffee and a donut, the smoking rooms are beside and below the non-smoking rooms and smoke comes in all night. Other visitors are NOT discouraged from loud music at 3:00 am. Their version of service is a simple, sorry, can't help you.

WARNING WARNING WARNING. DO NOT GO HERE.

I went to the hotel for information and was treat horribly by the sales rep and the manager. When I told the manager that I would be making a complaint his response was, "I have had many complaints, but I'm still here." He was rude and yelled at us. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD.

This was the beginning of an Arizona Adventure, through Internal International, that included Tucson, Payson and Sedona. We stayed here for two nights. It was very new and quite suitable. The staff was very friendly and the pool and spa were great. Our two rooms were nicely decorated and looked out to the Sonora Desert. It is located past the University of Arizona and was located great for travels to the desert, etc. We visited Old Tucson, the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum, and Desert, as well as the Mission San Xavier del Bac.

Loved the tub, patio-sized balcony, fully stocked kitchen from the plates, glasses and silverware to the George Forman grill, full-siz refrigerator and range-top, mirrors all over the bedroom, cab was called on time for me in the morning... I could go on and on. It couldn't have been better and the staff was wonderful!

It was a pleasure to stay at this timeshare affiliate. We saw it in our Interval International book and decided to stay there. It was our nicest experience since we have coming to Tucson, AZ. We travel to Tucson to see family every year for the past 10 years and this was the most pleasant experience for accommodations.

If the price is between $40-55 this is the place to go.Its a budget motel so you know the drill, threadbare towels, little soaps, overflowing trash cans outside etc. The room was clean, there is internet access in the lobby/breakfast area. The pool area is very nice. The front desk people are helpfull and friendly. The minus side is the "continental breakfast". Donuts and coffee---period. Get there early or you won't get a donut.
