The hotel staff is so pleasant especially Front Desk person Clinton. They are always willing to recommend places and then give directions. We traded out a timeshare to stay here in Tucson and not once asked if we wanted to tour there facilty(yes this is a good thing:) The bed was a little hard for my liking but everything else made up for it. nice jacuzzi tub in the room. Well stocked Kitchens, and fresh towels everyday delivered to your room. and as of july 08, They have wireless internet service available. Just ask the front desk for the code. Then use it with your laptop in your room :) We loved this place and will stay again if ever in Tucson again. The rooms are well appointed and really pretty. The grounds are lovely inside...great gym and heated pool. The staff is friendly. The only complaint is slow service in the "Joey's" restaurant. We stayed here for two nights. It was very new and quite suitable. The staff was very friendly and the pool and spa were great. Our two rooms were nicely decorated and looked out to the Sonora Desert.
