I've been itching for a week. I called this morning (07/02/07) to speak to a manager. No manager there. I spoke to some lady that literally said, what do you want me to do about that?. (Actually, I was just calling to let them know about the problem.)But, since there was no concern for me at all, I asked for a refund. She said you want a refund for that??. She said she was not a manager and that I should call her back. I asked her to call me back. She said I'm not manager, you call me back. Then she hung up on me.
