Pleasant surprize

I just recently spent 11 nights here while my husband was a patient at Cleveland Clinic. There is nothing fancy about this hotel but it was clean, the staff were super friendly and helpful and the free shuttle back and forth to the Clinic was a great benefit as it is quite expensive to park at the hospital. I had read some really negative reviews about this hotel but decided to try it anyway and was pleasantly surprised. As long as you are just looking for a decent place to sleep it is fine. The Chinese restaurant was convenient, food not too bad and not expensive. The continental breakfast was adequate and at least saved me money for that meal. Definitely do not book online, call the hotel directly as they have a discounted rate for family of hospital patients and for long stays will give you a weekly rate instead of a nightly one. Parking at the hotel is free and I never felt unsafe as others have stated in their reviews. The walls are quite thin and I was glad that the hotel was not heavily booked so there were only a few nights that the rooms adjoining mine were occupied. I imagine that it could get quite noisy and not too pleasant when busy. I would definitely stay here again for the price and the conveniences.

I am surprised Days Inn Corporate allows its name to be on this property. This is a run down, filthy, poorly maintained property. The rooms smell, the linen old, etc.

Excellent accomodation with fair price

I have stayed there several times for past 6 years. It only takes 3 minutes get on/off the I-90 which brings me to any where in the Unites States. Hotel is across street to Red Cross of Cleveland.

Cleveland City spends 5 years re-configured and face-lifting the Euclid street and to beautify this area. Euclik street goes straight to the major theaters in the heart of downtown Cleveland. Now, the hotel regains its activities and popularity. A public bus stop is in front of the entrance. Hotel has its own secured and fenced parking lot. The shuttle bus takes you to where you go.

I like the cozy dinning room and bar; I am worry free from breakfast. I like the kitchen-made muffin that is so fresh to enjoy and not too sweet. Orange, apple, banana, milk and juice, water and coffee... help me cut down my breakfast budget to zero.

Services are very nice there, they are willing out of they way to help me out. Especially the shuttle bus takes people to a lot of places such as Cleveland State Community College and Cleveland Clinic. That is the reason Shuttle bus itself saves their clients time and money. I therefore feel the hotel fee is very cheap and reasonable.

I have talked to the owners several times. They say "repeating customers help our business". That is the reason they add, these smilling faces, breakfast and shuttle bus for their services.

I believe that they want to use services to win the repeated customer. This is not a fancy hoetel, but definitely it is a reasonable nice and clean hotel comparing the price and location.

Hotel was clean with great location. Price was cheap for downtowwn. Staff very friendly. great bar. Would recommend if you are on a budget. Free parking alone saves you $10.00 a day. Call hotel direct though, don't use on line service.

Don't go here!

When we first pulled up, we weren't sure if the hotel was even open. The outside was really run down and if we hadn't seen people going in and out we probably would have kept on driving. The pool was filthy with dirt and cigarette butts and when we asked for towels for the pool, we were told that we would have to pay $5 extra for towels.
The room was relatively clean and there was a continental breakfast that wasn't too bad but overall I would not suggest this hotel to anybody. The only thing good about it was location and price wasn't too expensive
