It's perfect just the way it is and just the way it has been for as long as we've been coming to it. Now that there are refrigerators in every room, it's an added bonus. We don't need telephones because everyone has cell phones. The internet access is also an added bonus. There just isn't anything I don't like about it and would love to be able to spend more of the summer there! The relaxing atmosphere is something we look forward to year after year. Mom gets a break from meal prep. There are opportunities for outdoor fun for everyone from toddlers to young adults. Little Lake Sunapee is crystal clear and largely undeveloped. Rowboats, canoes and kayaks are included in your stay. The 9 hole par 3 golf course is fun to play and beautifully kept. Tennis, shuffleboard and hiking a stream-side trail are all available on site. There are optional low-key golf and tennis tournaments, and once-a-week bingo, children's dance and cook-out at a nearby state park on a mt. The children's playhouse keeps the littlest ones busy in the mornings. Every member of the staff goes out of their way to assure a pleasant stay for the guests. We have visited there each year for the same two week period without missing a year. We brought our children at first, and now they are bringing their children to TLV. It is an absolutely wonderful place operated by the Kidder family, who are wonderful. We will be leaving for TLV on Friday of this week for another two-week visit, our 45th.
