I was so very, very sorry to learn that the Triple Crown's little right-hand man, Josh (black & tan miniature dachshund) recently passed away. I had not heard the news until I checked-in last night. How sad not to see him on duty guarding the lo

Staff Has Great "People Skills"

pros: Ambience, Customer Service, Plenty of Lighted Parking, Unique RoomsThe staff at the Triple Crown Motor Inn do an outstanding job of making their guests feel welcomed the moment you enter their lobby. They make it clear with their enthusiastic greeting that you are not just another nameless, faceless person as so often happens at the major chain hotels.

They pride themselves on providing their guests with a clean, quiet, safe environment and, they exceeded my expectations beyond my wildest dreams (and I'm very, very particular)! My room came with hardwood floors (nice touch), original, signed artwork above the king-size bed (complete with memory foam mattress), and plasma style fireplace (which acted as the heat source for the room.

Best of all? I received all of these amenities and service for under $70.00 per evening! A bargain at any price. I have recommended the Triple Crown to several family members and friends who have been equally impressed.

Found A Little Gem

We stayed at the Triple Crown Motor Inn last weekend while we were in town for my niece's wedding, and we're glad we did!

We were the only members of the wedding party that stayed here, except the bride had her small bacheloette party there the night before the wedding. And, the new bride and groom spent their first night of their honeymoon there also.

After speaking with other guests at the wedding, it became clear we had the best room and value. We stayed in a room that was undergoing renovations. It had new hardwood floors, new flat screen television, and a fireplace. The room couldn't have been nicer, and the remodeling in the room wasn't even finished.

We have recommended this motel to several friends who are traveling to Great Falls for the State Fair. Give it a try, we're sure you'll be glad you did!

Room With A Fireplace For Under $60.00 - Amazing!

My husband and I were passing through Great Falls, Montana this past weekend on our way to Edmonton, Canada. We didn't have reservations to stay at a particular hotel. While driving around through the downtown area, we stumbled aonto the Triple Crown Motor Inn. So glad we did!

We received amazing value for our dollar. We stayed in a room that was undergoing renovations - it had hardwood floors, original artwork, and a plasma style fireplace. Best of all we paid $58.82, including taxes - amazing!

The staff was friendly and very helpful with directions and recommendations regarding lunch and dinner choices. We plan on staying at the Triple Crown on our way home to Los Angeles and telling all of our friends about this wonderful little motel we found.

Great Staff, Really Try Hard To Please

We stayed at the Triple Crown Motor Inn last weekend - glad we gave it a try!

The best part of the Triple Crown is the amazing staff - they really try hard to ensure their guests are comfortable and enjoying their stay.

We did notice a BIG difference in the quality of their rooms, so don't assume all rooms have hardwood floors and fireplaces - they don't! This motel is undergoing a cosmetic remodel. The room we had our first night was in the wing they have not started remodeling. It was clean and quiet, but nothing special - old shag carpet, etc. But, our second night they were able to move us into a room that was about 75% remodeled. The only way to describe this room is ... WOW! What a difference. Hardwood floors, memory foam mattress, fireplace and original artwork on the walls.

The manager likes to say they are trying to create a "wow factor" in the remodeled rooms ... when the guests open the door to their room they go "wow". If our room the second night is any indication of their progress, they're on the right track!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Especially enjoyed chatting with the friendly staff - they're terrific (definitely the best part of the motel and the obvious reason the Triple Crown is rated number one in customer satisfaction)!

Exceptionally Clean Room, Very Friendly Staff

Stayed at the Triple Crown last month because of a recommendation from a good friend that had recently stayed there for a week - glad we gave it a try!

Our room was extremely clean, comfortable and quiet! It seemed the housekeeping department paid close attention to detail in our room - everything was spotless, including the hardwood floors.

Loved the convenience of the motel - seven blocks from the Civic Center (where we attended a play), a mile from Expo Park where we attended a concert, and within easy walking distance of great museums, restaurants and shopping.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Especially enjoyed interacting with the friendly staff -they are terrific! Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, quiet room at a great price conveniently located to all the best sites Great Falls offers.
