I called management and was told they had no other room for us to move to and they were too busy to send housekeeping up. Even after I took a sample with a lint roller down to the front desk the lady was like “Well the Manager will be in at 7 I can’t do anything about it” so later that night I went back down and was told the Manager had come and gone. I was able to talk to the Manager the next morning when we decided to check out and after I told him how awful and nasty the room was and that most of the staff was very rude and unprofessional he did offer to comp us a room on our next stay (which I declined) so he ended up taking 30.00 off of our stay but still it was nowhere close to a 69.00$ room.
