This was our home away from home for a month at a time. The facility is comfortable, the complimentary breakfast was above and beyond. The staff are wonderful, accommodating and friendly. They knew us by name and made us feel welcome. I would highly recommend staying here if you're in Grand Forks for a short or longer-term visit. It is close to the mall and all the good shopping locations as well as many nice restaunts. I enjoy staying here with and with out the kids. The best bang for your Canadian buck!! The pool was freezing! Our 1 1/2 year old could not use the pool. No one was using the pool. We picked the hotel based on the fact that our child could be in the water. Complained on several occasions to the front desk-first we were told they were working on the problem, then we were told they weren't aware of a problem.
