It has very clean and homey rooms. The staff is exceptionally friendly, the property is well maintained, the laundry room very clean and there are fresh cookies, coffee and fruit available, as well as a mini grocery in the lobby. The only issue I have is that 2 days per week there are no cleaning services for the rooms, i.e. beds not made, no fresh towels, etc. but you are still charged full rate for the room on these days. In addition, and after mentioning this to the front desk staff many times, my coffee, creamer and sugar are rarely stocked and I am having to ask for packets of coffee from the back room and taking creamer and sugar from the lobby or leaving empty packets on the counter as a subtle reminder. The staff could not be any friendlier than if they were our family. We always feel welcome and like they really enjoy our company. The rooms are very clean and beds very comfortable. The staff could not do enough for us and always asked if everything was okay. I am anxious to return and look forward to many more visits.
