During our visit the hotel was under construction, the halls and entry way was blocked by various material and no consideration was given to guest. We were not notified of this construction when we made reservations. In my opinion the hotel should have been closed during this rehab. Fire alarm was not working and guest were unprotected.

Don't go if you have a pet

We liked the girls & housekeeping. The jacuzzi was filthy & not working the first day. The fitness facility is ridiculous & out-dated. We were awakened at 1:00am due to some drunks burning butter in their frying pan & had to evacuate. My daughter had nightmares. They charge $75 non-refundable pet fee that is not posted & will try to charge you for time not spent if you opt to leave. Too much money for what is offered & the treatment we received.

Will not go back

WE LIKED THE MAIDS AND THE GIRLS AT THE FRONT DESK. WE DID NOT LIKE THE UNDISCLOSED $75 NON REFUNDABLE PET FEE. THIS IS A GOOD THING TO KNOW PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. THEY ALSO MAKE YOU SIGN A WAIVER THAT WILL CHARGE YOU $250 FOR ANYTHING FROM BARKING TO ACCIDENTS. WE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL FOR PET OWNERS. IT IS MORE SUITABLE FOR BUSINESS PATRONS & TRAVELERS WITHOUT PETS. ALSO, THE FIRE ALARM IS LIKELY TO GO OFF IF SOMEONE BURNS SOMETHING.

Great Hotel

I thought this was a nice hotel. My wife and I stayed for two nights back in Feb. We came out to visit relatives who recently moved to the Bend area. We stayed in a new room, and everything was great. The room was clean and comfortable, and the young man who was working the desk was courteous and helpful with our check-in. When we needed extra towels, we got them right away, and everything was just so clean and new. The breakfast in the morning was pretty good too, but we expected no less from the Marriott chain. It was a nice visit, and a great respite from the long drive down from Seattle.
