Fact: Very unfriendly staff, self parking $20, Everything is overpriced and service was horrible. Yea the pillows were nice, they have some cool areas, but if you are spending this much for one night in a hotel room, wouldn't you expect some friendly faces? The cancelation policy is one nights stay, and some other outrageous rules if you are staying longer. The beds were clean, shower was nice, valet was nice (once you walk in the building no one wants to talk to you). The room was nice and newly upgraded with plush beds and linens and granite in the bathroom sit, overlooked the city but was very noisy. Some of the staff give an impression of arrogance, mainly the front desk. If class and professionalism is what they are trying to achieve, they may want to reconsider how to go about it.
