I would consider the hotel to be clean, decent, and easy access to all the highways within the area. Not a 4-star, but not a 2-star hotel either. The lobby made a great presentation with a grand entrance. The parking garage was easy to enter and exit. This was a nice hotel, and good value for the money. I would have rated it a 4 star, except we had just stayed at Red Rock Las Vegas which is a 4 star, and the Westin doesn't even come close. I had high expectations of a 4 star hotel after staying at Red Rock and at other 4 star hotels in Hawaii. The Westin was a nice experience, though. This hotel is not a hotel that I would stay at. There are other hotels around LAX that exceed the Westin.
