A Dream Hotel

This Hotel was like a dream come true. The staff were most helpful and curteous of any I have even encountered. Rooms were marvelously large and well appointed. The little special touches like the monogrammed Towels were a wonder. Bathrobes were luxurious, soft and toasty. We got the Romance package were presently surprised by all the detail. Our bed was turned down and strown with fragrant rose petals. The Restaurant is quiet and the chef does a wonderful job. Everything we tried was past our expectations. I have wanted a trip like this for years and now that I have experienced it we will continue to be patrons of this Marvelous Hotel.

Very cute hotel

pros: location, staff, clean comfortable beds & roomsWe have stayed here twice and each time have enjoyed our stay. The lobby is very cute & the staff has always been very helpful. The rooms are very spacious. Though, they are rather dark and the furniture isn't what you would expect after being in the lobby. The beds are very comfortable. The location cannot be beat for location to the plaza.

This is billed as a fine boutique hotel.

This is billed as a fine boutique hotel. In location, architecture and hype, it is. In actual reality the room was dingy, the facility was not up to the 'attitude' and the restuarant was remarkably snobbish for a merely acceptable dining. experience.

The suite we stayed in at this hotel was surprisingly spacious and beautiful (there was even a separate sitting room). The staff here were very nice and courteous. The breakfast here was great. The beds were very comfortable. The price is pretty affordable. The location cant be beat. I will return. The plaza is great.

The ambiance is wonderful. The view of the Country Club Plaza and the "feel" of the hotel are great. The Plaza is one of the best kept secrets of the world.
