My husband and I were lucky enough to win a stay at this beautiful hotel for a weekend. I thought I knew a thing or two about customer service until I came here. There isn't a single thing that is negative about this hotel. Everything from the parking garage to the employees and the dining. Not only that but the floor we stayed on was under construction and still did not get disturbed a single time. The room was fabulous. The cleanest room I have ever seen. Also the bed is the absolute most comfortable bed that I have ever slept upon. The front desk employees were quick and very courteous while checking us both in and out. The shuttle services were great. It was a very very cold Wisconsin winter day and still the chauffers were pleased to take us anywhere we wanted to go. The dining was absolutely incrediable. The waitstaff impressed me to the point of disbelief. Even after my stay, they stayed in contact with me about some questions I had about the salt and pepper shakers. It is definately the little things that mean the most and this hotel in full of them. If I am ever in the Madison area again, I will not stay at any other hotel. I would and will recommend this hotel to anybody who wants a worry free stay and the best customer service that I have ever seen.

The Madison Concourse Hotel will take care of every
situation that you may encounter. From the airport
shuttle( to and from the airport at no cost), to any way that your stay can be made more pleasant. Every staff
member is friendly, helpful, and courteous in every way.
And that's a very important factor when you're in Madison for the first time and do not know anyone. For
someone staying there on business, just about everything that you may want is at the facility. The pool,
restaurants, entertainment, and internet access. You
name it, it's there. If I were vacationing in Madison,
Wisconsin, I would stay at the Madison Concourse Hotel. It's simply wonderful!

Location is great! Nice bedding! Complimentary coffee. Helpful staff. No charge wireless is a great plus!Additional charge for parking. Very wonderful location for us. Close to the capital and the associated activities like the farmers market, close to State Street shopping and food venues, close to campus. Views from room are nice. Bedding is very comfortable. Rooms are somewhat ready for an upgrade but are still quite clean and comfortable. Front desk was very helpful and accommodating! Did not visit the restaurant this time but last time I visited Madison we enjoyed their very wonderful salad bar lunch!

Excellent bedding and pillows. Very nice room.Paid parking was limited but available. One of the nicest hotels that I have ever stayed in. Upscale, with better linens, pillows, and soaps than most hotels. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Nice location next to the capital and State Street, but newcomers should beware it can be challenging to drive (and park) anywhere in this part of town.
