We enjoyed our stay, the best part was the location. Close to everything downtown. We love to walk so we walked down the stairs everyday. There is only one small elevator so so we walked. The breakfast was great. We could have boiled eggs and waffles before we headed to the Convention Center.Yes the rooms are small, but big enough for 2, far bigger than X. Considering we paid far less than $* night including we were pleased. The other hotels in walking distance to the convention center were perhaps nicer but twice the price

We originally had the standard room which is WAY to small for two people. Paying the extra money for a larger room is definately worth it. The shuttle and location were great and the staff helpful.

I stayed here as a cheaper alternative to the conference hotel which was only 2 miles away. I thought the free shuttle service would be great but it was really unreliable. Most times I would wait 45 minutes to an hour for a pick up. Once they couldn't track down the shuttle driver and I had to take a cab, or no one would pick up at the front desk when I was calling for a pick up. Lots of food options at the breakfast buffet.

This hotel was great. The hotel was clean and the rooms were very nice. I never miss a hotel when I leave but I miss this one. The hotel is located in the Dallas West End District so there is a lot to do within walking distance. Parking can be an issue but there is a 20 min loading zone at the hotel entrance and the staff can tell you were the best place to park is. If you want to stay in a nice dowtown Dallas hotel without going broke this is the place for you!

The hotel was nice, and the staff was VERY accomidation. However, the rooms looked bigger in the pictures than they actually were. Also, I did not like the AC units that adjusted the temperature up when you were not in the room.
