This hotel is certainly first class all the way. The rooms are nice and clean and tastefully decorated. The staff are some of the best. It was certainly a wonderful place to relax after a long plane ride. We arrived at 10 p.m. We had booked our rooms 10 months earlier. There was my husband, myself and our 80 year old mother. They had our reservations, but put us on 2 separate floors. We were on the 7th floor and she was on the 10th. We asked to be on the same floor, but no could do!! There was no air conditioning, therefore the windows had to be opened. The street noise was very intrusive. Needless to say we were not happy. The rooms were clean. The people are friendly and accommodating. The rooms are beautiful and they have free wireless. The downtown location could not be much better. The best part is they are an Alaskan family owned and operated hotel, which to me is a big deal.
