We were a bit concerneed about location in North Philadelphi, but these concerns were proven false. It's only 2 miles from center city, with outdoor parking spots easily accessible and close to hotel. No need to pay each time you leave your spot like expensive hotels. Rooms were beautiful large and comfortable. Bathrooms impeccable. Service was cozy, warm and friendly. Breakfast a bit sparse, but afternoon snacks made up for it. It is a small, charming, Inn, tastefully decorated and quiet. Located in center of Temple University campus, gives it a lively energy. Highly recommend this hidden, relatively unknown gem of a hotel/inn. His experience was wonderful as was ours. We enjoyed staying on a University Campus with all the excitement and facilities to enjoy. In other words, it wasn't exactly impressive. It is pretty near some universities, so the location is pretty good, but that is just about the only good thing about the hotel. The room I stayed in was pretty small and not that comfortable.
