Golf Group stayed at the North Tower Boutique

We just recently stayed at the North Tower Boutique. The units are great. The housekeeping and the front desk really know how to do their job. The only downside to the North Tower is the restaurant's cook. Does he except order by text? I asked for an order of eggs. My buddy then asked for eggs. Next buddy an omelette. I asked where my eggs were. The waitress said if you can just bare with me it will be just a minute. I noticed her continuously going to the hallway, back of restaurant, and near the pool. To figure out ten minutes later here comes the cook. She says I have been texting you. And gives him a piece of paper. So it wasn't the waitress I had to bare with it was the cook. This was Wednesday! Again on Friday, same thing! So when I can in Saturday before I left, I was afraid to ask for eggs. The colored lady got them out in no time. And actually took time to come out and see how we were too. I am so grateful for the hospitality of your waitress and her apologies.

My family of 6 stayed in a Paradise

My family of 6 stayed in a Paradise Tower 3BR unit in August 2008 and absolutely loved it! So many activities for the kids-pools, hot tubs, pirate ship, etc. We loved the buffet breakfast at Papa's across the street-so many items to choose from! The parking garage was a little tight, but we didn't have any problems in our Suburban and the street wasn't difficult to cross (I had a 3 and 5 year old). The front desk was very helpful with many requests-A/C quit working but was fixed immediately. I ran out of laundry soap and they only charged 50cents for a one load box so I wouldn't have to buy more since we were on our last day in town. My kids loved the souvenir cups and free refills. Our beds were comfortable and I felt like I was at home with the full kitchen, dishwasher, and laundry in our room. We only stayed 4 days, then went to another hotel for 1 night because we wanted to try their amenities. We are returning to Breakers this July. The only obstacle we had was when the sewer truck pulled in the loading/unloading area to pump the waste. The smell wasn't pretty and it blocked the circle drive, but it didn't take long to get the deed done and out of the way.

We were in town for a Trade Show at the convention Center so this Location was great. Plus for just a few dollars more we got an Ocean front room. It was great to go to sleep with the sound of the surf and wake up to a wonderful sunrise ( or even a morning fog bank). We were here VERY OFF SEASON so many of the amenities were closed for the season, but as we were busy going to the show then working on days orders etc it more that met our basic needs with one exception- We had a coffee maker but NO COFFEE!!

We arrived on a Friday for a two night

We arrived on a Friday for a two night stay. Staff at front desk....Perfect. Parking.....right accross the street. Starbucks, Restuarants, nightclub, Krispy Kreme, Beach, shopping....all within an easy walk. Nice inside pools, lazy river and hot tubs, which was nice since it rained the whole wekend. Excellent buffet breackfast accross street (we had the package that included it) full breakfast (pancakes, bacon, grits, eggs, sausage, french toast, fruit, you name it)....not just some danish and coffee. We asked for two rooms side by side....turned out we not only got them, but they connected from inside too, what a bonus. Our two boys had their own room, but we could keep an eye on them. We stayed in the Palmetto Tower....it had stove, fridge, microwave, big flat screen tvs, balconies, this place is so much nicer than I figured we could get for an inexpensive price(off season). We will no doubt be back next year.

My husband and I stayed at the Boutique

My husband and I stayed at the Boutique Tower (6 blocks north of the main resort). The room was small, but the balcony was really nice. This hotel is VERY convenient to Broadway on the Beach, and I didn't feel like the beach was as crowded at this end of the beach compared to other hotels closer to the piers. The only complaint I had is the front desk staff. They were complaining about another guest as I checked in, and any questions I asked them seemed to bother them totally. But really, the hotel is a great value! I wouldn't even let the front desk staff prevent me from staying again.

My boyfriend and stayed in a king suite at Breakers and absolutely loved it! It was such a nice, welcoming, clean place and right on the beach. This is a fantastic place and the staff was so very helpful the whole way through. Would most definitely stay here again!

We stayed at this hotel 3 nights and 4

We stayed at this hotel 3 nights and 4 days. 2 best friends. The hotel with 11 floors is the one we stayed in. It is completely renovated, and they are working on the rest. There is nothing to complain about. We were the first ones to use the room. We had the ocean, the sun and lots of great restaurants nearby. The kitchenette in the room was great. Broadway on the beach was a $5.00 cab ride. The pools and hot tubs were clean, and when we were tired, we went to the quiet pool. Happy hour was everywhere. When this hotel is done renovating, it will be the place to stay for an affordable getaway.

They responded extremely quickly to repair a broken TV. I liked the high speed internet connection, the washer and the dryer. I disliked the lack of luggage carts.

If this hotel weren't in Myrtle Beach

If this hotel weren't in Myrtle Beach and weren't right on the ocean, there is no chance I would ever stay there. However, it is and for that reason, it is tough to beat the Breakers Boutique hotel for the price. We were travelling with a 3 year old, which is why we were looking for a suite hotel (with separate bedroom) so that everyone else didn't have to tiptoe around the room when she went to sleep. Rooms were average, probably typical for Myrtle Beach, but were quiet and had balcony with doors from bedroom and living room. Room was a decent size, and not terribly new decor or ancient decor. Very average hotel, but again, for the price and location, it was well worth it. The biggest complaint was that we were there right after July 4th, and although fireworks are illegal on the beach, this is not enforced. So if you are planning on spending time there in early to mid-July, expect to be kept awake by fireworks from the beach until about 3 a.m. every single night. There aren't many amenities to this place, but you can hike it down to the other Breakers for a larger pool. There is a small restaurant at the hotel, but it never seemed to be open when we needed it. The parking garage is insanely small. We have a Dodge Durango which I think is about 3 inches more narrow than the walls of the garage. I would probably stay there again, because of the prime location and good price (look for deals on their own site that aren't available elsewhere) moreso than because of the quality of the hotel.

We agonized over a variety of locations

We agonized over a variety of locations for our vacation, and decided on the Breakers Boutique because it offered the best amenities and an ocean front room for a very reasonable price. We were not disappointed. When we arrived, the reservation had been mistakenly placed for December, not October, but the desk clerk called the main reservation office and the problem was solved very quickly. A very comfortable condo, which was older but very well maintained and clean when we arrived. Lots of space for two people, and would even have been good for larger groups. Since we went off-season, it was quiet and serene throughout our trip. The ocean front was as promised...a great-sized balcony accessible from both the living room and the bedroom, looking out over the Atlantic. The pool and hot tub were below us, and while the outdoor bar was closed for the season, both were very well maintained and kept warm. We noticed one staff member who was working both late at night and the next morning, maintaining the grounds and the pool area. We had a great conversation with one of the members of the housekeeping staff, as well. Overall, the atmosphere was very friendly, comforting, and allowed for a very positive experience. It wasn't a POSH location, but we didn't expect the Ritz. Money well-spent, in our opinions. The beds were a little hard, but nothing we couldn't tolerate. PLENTY of additional blankets and pillows already in the room...we didn't have to ask. You have to park in a garage across the street, which could be an issue for some, but it wasn't a big problem for us. While I haven't experienced other condos in Myrtle Beach, I would recommend Breakers Boutique as a good location to be considered.
