It is an amazingly beautiful place with an excellent staff. The valet was so helpful with directions - he was a genuinely friendly person. There is a scenic terrace area on the 8th floor - a great place to relax and enjoy the city.The price was very reasonable - it was our favorite hotel out of our entire Canadian trip. Only problem? Upon our check in to our first room, the bathroom had a woman's razor and there was hair all over the bath tub and floor. We were told by the front desk they would give us a new room and would help us move (of which they did not help). The new room also had a dirty bathroom with used rags and towels hanging from the shower curtain. I pulled back the sheets and found short, curly black hairs all over. The staffs response was to give us breakfast buffet. The nastiest buffet I have ever not eaten. Then the next morning the construction in the room above us started at 0730.
