Toilet did not work properly - kept running. Heater was noisy, kept us awake half the night. A complaint to the staff person the next morning was met with the most rude and discourteous attitude I have ever seen. We made numerous phone calls to Super Eight headquarters and the motel itself but after many weeks we just kept getting the run-around. It seemed as though the were well versed in this practice.
