The rooms were filthy and smelled bad. After complaining to the Waco Health Department, they visited the hotel and issued an abatement order for fleas. My mother in law and father in law stayed in another room and they had the same trouble too. They said the sink did work. Best Western need to check this place out. After leaving one room due to the air conditioning not working and lack of cleanliness, we were put into another room. This room had problems as well (dirty bedspread, toilet not working correctly, dirty table). As a result, we opted to leave the hotel. After telling the room clerk our intention (she already had our credit card and personal information), she became very angry and verbally assaulted us. She followed us to our room, and then to our car where she yelled she would call the police since we were leaving without paying. We went to another hotel and called the police ourselves.
