The room reaked of smoke since the Non-Smoking rooms are on the 2nd floor directly above the Smoking Rooms -- How stupid! Our key did not work in the room and we had to wait an hour for the manager to come after the Office Attendant made us about 10 sets of new keys, all of which did not work. The Office Attendant destroyed the master key while all this was going on. The manager was called and finally arrived and she reset the lock and made a new master key. We finally got in the room and moved our belongings to another room. What an annoyance! The Office Attendant stated that this problem had been going on with numerous rooms in the hotel for over a week. Tolerable, but not a luxury experience. The good - Decent included breakfast (donuts, bagels, coffee, tea, cider, oatmeal, juice [although machine was broken on my visit]), free snacks & coffee 24/7, coffeemaker with supplies and hair dryer in room, reasonably clean for a cheap motel, pool, hot tub, and sauna on site, big tv in room. First time we were next to back door which is supposed to be locked by 11 p.m. but people still were coming in at 11:45 and talking loudly. The floors upstairs squeak when people walk across them. The second time we stayed there they had run out of things for the complementary breakfast due to little league teams staying there. Such things as juice, milk, cold cereal, etc where not available.
