To get to it, you have to turn at a burger king, and follow this small road past abandoned industrial land and abandoned busineses, turn right, past more blight, some even worse looking hotels, and you're there. I had to call for directions actually. I would have never been able to find it otherwise, and this was during broad daylight.Second, the carpet in the hallway upstairs was sticky and had a long black stain leading down it. The carpet in the room was stained in many places as well. Third, the mattress was broken in many places. It was impossible to get comfortable on, and we did not sleep at all well. Fourth, when we awoke in the morning, we discovered the shower was scummy and the towells smelled strange. So, we traveled dirty that day.Fifth, the room smelled of wet dog very strongly. A little spritz of Febreeze would go a long way. It's a good place to flop if you're totally drunk I suppose. On my last trip, I asked the clerk if a senior discount was available. The person responded "yes", but made no move to offer the discount. This weekend, I'm staying at a neighboring motel which offers the discount on it site before making a reservation.
