My biggest complaints was the walls and floors were a little thin and noisy. This hotel and all of the staff, were all just wonderful people. The rooms are very tastefully and elegantly designed. We have stayed at many Super 8's before, but this one is by far the very best! This hotel is spotlessly clean and well maintained, the breakfast room has a wide variety of choices that are also healthy for those concerned with their diets. Our room had a coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge, blowdryer, iron, ironing board, large LG television with cable, business desk with high speed internet, and a very comfortable large business chair. There is ample lighting, and a very comfortable chair and ottoman to relax in. Our bed was a king size, and was more comfortable than our own at home! The room is tastefull in design and very modern. The bathroom was very clean and large, with a very comfortable shower, and plenty of grab bars. The facility is very safe, and all rooms are indoors with plenty of lighting. There are three floors and elevators throughout, along with vending and ice machines. They also offer suites to which we asked to see for future stays, and they are very nice. We will certainly make this hotel our favorite when we stay again in Lubbock. We highly recommend this hotel to all travelers, whether passing through or on extended stay.
