They required me to pay first when we arrived, and when I went to the room, it was not accessible to my husband. We did not use the room as I could not have even gotten my husband into their bed. They refused to give us a refund and even charged for two lap dogs that never got out of the car! We went across the street to the Red Roof Inn where they had the appropriate accomodations, and were very helpful. These people even lied to the credit card company and said we used the room for six hours! The location is close to the Interstate and there are many dining options nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, although a little small. They allow pets for an extra fee too. The staff was very accomadating. They were friendly and efficient. The rooms were spotless. Breakfast was enjoyable and the lobby was very clean. The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job.
