It would have been better if there had been a table in the room to eat on since we ate in a couple of times, but it was great that there was a microwave oven and a refrigerator. When I first arrived, there were no problems with the service at all. It only took about five minutes to check in. The pleasantness soon changed. When I went to the room assigned to me, the door was wide open and the room was a mess. I was reassigned to a smoking designated room ( I asked for nonsmoking). After getting settled I wanted to relax so I went to take a shower. There was no shower curtain! There were only 2 bath towels. The heat did not work. Before I booked the room, the advertisement boasted high speed internect access... well, at least there was dial-up. Worst of all, the room had a shower head but there was no way to turn the shower on!! When I called to get proper towels, it took two phone calls and more than an hour. I am a person who's pretty content with the simple things in life, but I was denied the basics of a regular motel room.
