This place was awful! I stay at a lot of hotels due to my job and this one ranks on my list of the top 10 worst. The rooms were so dirty I didnt dare take my shoes off! Also you hear everything that is going on outside your room due to the paper thin wals and the 3in crack at the bottom of the door. Dont plan on a good nights sleep. Bottm line is if your are going to Casper book your room a month out at another hotel or you will be stuck in a dump like this. The only good thing about this place is that it is not the Shilo Inn. Staff professional and friendly.Fridge coldness setting too high. Froze my food and medication. Not good. When you are on the road a lot and under stress, you don't have the option of going to the shelter and comfort of your home to relieve stress. Therefore, when you find a clean quiet room and staff that is welcoming, well mannered and helpful, it makes a tremendous difference in the quality of your stay. Though the lobby was somewhat worn, it was obvious that an attempt was made to render a homey welcoming atmosphere. If I had stayed more than one night, I would have sat in the lobby and read a book or watched TV rather than go out or spend the time alone in my room. That's how much I was drawn to the space that was created. This is such a friendly place. There are board games available for anyone to play in their large vaulted ceiling breakfast or multipurpose area.
