When we returned to the room 1-1/2 hour later we took a good look and realized the place was not clean and the television did not work. We decided to leave but the clerk said there was nothing she could do to refund our money. She said we would have to contact the hotel manager during the week between 7:30-3:00. This hotel is a dump and the staff was rude. The pool was hidden with trees around it and not clearly marked as it sits across the parking lot. The continental breakfast left you hungry to go eat elsewhere. Hotel seemed to be family owned and the staff made you feel at home with hospitality. The pool was mediocre but with the price paid that was expected. Overall experience great. Location is close to several great restaurants.
