There was a mouse that ran between the beds. The woman at the front desk asked what we wanted her to do about it. It is just a horrible place and isn't worth the money to stay here. From outside, it looks ugly. Inside, it has been renovated recently and with taste. For a hotel of this category, it looks really good and clean. Service ranges from poor (totally grouchy cleaning lady) to good. Price: there are coupons for this hotel (internet and airport) so you don' t have to pay full price. Security seems to be a concern in the area. There is a safe in each room but it is quite small. Even if you can't use it, you have to pay the safe fee. Maintenance: fridges, microwaves, heating... are not maintained properly. This can substantially affect your stay if you are there for several days. The manager always tells you that he is going to fix the problem but he doesn' t.
