There was no elevator so we had to drag our luggage up the stairs. When we asked for 2 more pillows, they said they were out. It's in a good area right off the freeway near about 4 other hotels & a Costco. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. Once we got to the room it was very clean an d spacious. Our biggest disappointment had to be the BEDS.....it was like sleeping on a rock. I have never had a bed like that...the closest I've come is sleeping on the floor.
