From the outside it didn't look the best but the management was friendly and over-all I really enjoyed my stay. My room had a jacuzzi and the price was the same as everywhere else in the area. Its on the good end of town, close to everything. Campbell, KY to Ft. Riley, KS and this was the only place on Dugan that had a room...now I know why. It looked like a pretty decent place from the outside went and got the room walked in the room and it wasn't cleaned. Went back downstairs and told the lady at the desk if she gave me a key to another room. Walked back upstairs and it was the wrong key. Went back downstairs again and got another key and it finally worked. I asked for a sales manager, as that is who I usually book rooms through, and he grilled me with question after question as to who I was and what I wanted with a sales manager. He refused to give me his name, refused to let me speak with anyone else and asked me what I was selling, I told him I was not a salesman, only someone who wanted to book rooms for my company and he hung up on me. I had enough money for one night and was told I could not check it until after noon. The reservation clerk saw how tired I was and gave me a break and only charged me a small few for the few hours.
