The lobby was very inviting and has very nice area with tables and comfy chairs to enjoy your breakfast in the morning or snacks and cold beverages in the evening for the sundowner reception. The hotel is located right on Bay Street which is just across the street from the Riverfront and centrally located, so everything downtown is within a five to 15 minute walk at the most. The rooms need upgraded. Our bathroom door would not close unless the toilet lid was up. The room was very small with a window that looked into an inside hallway. The price is way too high for the quality of the room. The hotel staff was very unfriendly, check in slow, and an attitude of they do not care.
