Very clean, excellant breakfast and breakfast staff. Management went above and beyond as did the desk clerks and the maintenance man, always offering tips on getting around and what to see in Savannah. The only rub was the front desk who was hassled & could not help us with nearby dining options despite several requests that we were travelling with a kid & it was rather late. The hot breakfast hit the spot & was a good pick-me-up in the morning. The hot tub was another great feature. Everything about this hotel was just wonderful. Clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff, and the free breakfast was definitely better than other hotels we stayed in. The only drawback was the hotel location.
