The front desk helped me out with toothpaste and made sure I was comfortable in my room. On the night I stayed there was several little league teams there too. I stayed 5 nights at this hotel. The staff is so pleasant and helpful. The suites are roomy and the beds are heavenly. It has a nice kitchen if you need it. I will stay here again when the opportunity arises. They did not honour the travel website discount as we were told over the phone. We then tried to get them to fix their mistake and they did not give us what we were promised. They lost a customer. He threw the room key across the counter, didn't even tell me what room number he gave me, or point me towards the room. He took a personal call while I was checking in and didn't pay anymore attention to me. Later I went back to the desk to ask about pool towels - the gal at the desk seemed very put out and said she was busy at the moment and would get towels later.
