It is a smaller, on the beach property, and we just love it. The location is perfect. There is no need to rent a car. The service was wonderful and the prices were very reasonable for South Beach. My room was nicer than the one at the Ritz and the view was incredible (no view at the Ritz). Overall, this hotel is ideal for South Beach b/c it's close to the bars and restaurants without breaking the bank.
