The room looked completely stripped - the bed didn't even have a bedspread (just a sheet), there were no curtains, furniture consisted of one chair (50's vintage, and old color TV and a dirty shower. No elevator was available, so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. We had to ask for an ice - obviously an ice bucket is considered extra. Even though the windows were closed, we could hear people talking outside as if they were in the same room. After looking at the room's accomodations, we immediately asked for our money back. We were told that we could not cancel because we did not give the 3 day cancellation notice and would therefoe be charged the full price of the room.
