Beds are very comfortable. Pillows were too big and not comfortable. Food was below average, both room service and at the bar. Concierge provided limited verbal/hand written dirrections (no computer print outs, nor maps). The dirrections were enough for a decent meal one block away, but insufficient for a service and a wedding site; we got lost and missed the ceremony, that was the purpose of the trip. The room rates here are definitely not cheap. The food at this hotel wasn't bad, but it was undoubtedly overpriced. The staff weren't too bad. The location is good. The room wasn't very big. The bathroom was nice. The room was neat and orderly, and the staff was pleasant.
