Poor service, mixed up reservations, Had to book my own car service after they confused the dates I called about three times. Unbelievablely bad for the reputation of Sofitel. Rooms were completely average. Not a four star experienc. The bathrooms were the best part. Though I was in regular room they call it 'superior', I was very impressed by the quality of it for such a reasonable price. The Concierge and manager went out of their way to see that everything in the hotel was nice for us. They went above the call to make sure we had a good stay. The rooms are excellent and everyone working at this hotel is helpful. It allows its guests to have loud parties in their rooms at 3 a.m. after the bars close. My husband and I called security twice to try to get the noise to stop, but it continued until after 4 a.m. and ruined my night's sleep.
