The bed was extremely comfortable but the bathroom felt small and unappealing. There were no coffee/tea facilities in the room, nor a mini fridge, which I found to be a big drawback. Staff were very friendly and helpful, however, immediately upgrading me to a suite when the original room they sent me to had not yet been prepared for a new guest (dirty towels and sheets were on the floor).
