First off, checking in took about 45 minutes because they had one person working. Second, I had a BIG problem with the a woman at the front desk...I had taken my make-up off the night before with one of their washcloths (keep in mind it is NON waterproof mascara) and she charged me for the washcloth because "she left it in bleach all night and still could not get the INK stain out." She then proceeded to argue with me after I told her it was NON waterproof mascara. Third, the hotel room had holes in the walls, and the air conditioner did not work very well. And last, I was staying with 3 people, and we had friends staying at other hotels in the area, but we could not have any of our friends visit our hotel, even during the day.....and had to sign a contract that said no one would visit us. If we wanted visitors, we had to meet them in the lobby, they were not allowed up the stairs. All of the people I was staying with were ADULTS, and we were treated like we were 12. My whole vacation would have been ruined if I hadn't gotten to stay with friends one night at a different hotel. I was unknowingly had a smoking room; when I told the manager that I had a 2 month old baby, a daughter with asthma and we could not breathe. She told me to basically come up with more money because I was not going to find a room anywhere else.
