Management is taking her word over ours and not compensating us even though they have a posted 100% Satisfaction Guarantee policy. Said we could have 20% discount on next visit and then took that away when I replied with a rebuttal about what actually happened. A 20% discount on that night would have satisfied us. Instead we got nothing for being inconvenienced. Evidently they don't want repeat customers. I will not stay there again. Oh, there was a tick crawling on the wall one night, too. The front desk staff was helpful and the breakfast was great considering it was free. Beds are okay but not so bad that I wouldn't stay again.
