It is about ten minutes from downtown. The staff was friendly & professional. There is dining and shopping nearby. We stay at a lot of hotels during the year and this was one of the most pleasant stays. It was a little scary seeing all of the video cameras everywhere but the girl at the front desk was very nice. The manager wouldn't even say hello when we walked into the lobby every afternoon. We did hear the children in the next room one night but that was all. The second room didn't have pillow cases on all the pillows. For the second night, they didn't deliver all the towels. The rooms were incredible noisy. I could hear the bedside radio playing from the next room and could hear the TV's from the rooms on BOTH sides.
