When I arrived the front desk staff was excellent and fast! My room was cleaned and comfortable. The beds were very comfy and I felt right at home. Breakfast was good starts @ 5 am and having 24 hours shuttle to the airport is a great feature, after my long and stressful day I enjoyed a great environment!! Front desk staff was friendly......I will most certainly be returning to this hotel for my next visit to Phoenix!
