The hotel was nice when it first opened, but it has gone downhill. The check-in clerk was a dense, yet over-confident seattlitey, you know the type, a sort of phony sophistication, annoying and laughable at the same time. All I wanted was a room, and some rest, this guy dragged out the check-in process to the point of my exasperation. The room had several appliance problems, though it was clean. Then they over charged me.
