They did everything they could to be accommodating. They were extremely helpful not only to make check-in easy, but also assisted me in facilitating check-in for our flight out the next day. Kudos to them. On the other side of the coin, there was hair on the bathroom floor and in the bathtub in our room. We found that to be rather disturbing. Also, after making coffee in our room, the next morning, we found the creamer that was in the room was soured, and we had to pour the coffee out.
