It's beautiful in there, and the staff were extremely pleasant. Room service was excellent. We orded food to our room at 10:45 pm and it was there in minutes. My husband took me there for valentines day and it was just amazing. The pool was tons of fun, and so was working out afterwards, overlooking the pool. The king size bed in our room was so comfortable, and the room was so homey. The room and hallways were very clean, and again, the staff was excellent. They went above and beyond. If you actually go to the Sheraton website (not Orbitz, Hotwire, Priceline, etc) it actually says the pool is under construction. That's what happens when you book through a third party reservation. You don't get the truth. You get everything you ask for when you pay $79/night. As a former employee trying to make a living while attending college, the mangement was awful to us.. and did not pay us close to enough for what we put up with there. You're so quick to assume that everyone just hates their job.. the people.. etc. Well maybe find out about it first and then make judgements. The Sheraton had a temporary office space with only computer/printer combo. The lobby was installing furniture and computers, but none were able to be used.
