The tv was very fuzzy and we did not have many channels. The shower curtan had somthing on it and we didnt know what it was. The room service person was very rude. My mom was right by the elevators so i head "ding" all night long. People in the hotel were very rude at night and were extremely loud. I did not like the fact i was on the 14th floor. The only good thing at the Seraton hotel was being close to bricktown. I also did not like how we had to pay for hotel parking. The plumbing wasn't up to par and there was no clearance between the bathroom sink handles and the wall. It was a hassle everytime I used it. The toilet ran, and the doors from the rooms into the hallway didn't fit properly so they made a loud noise everytime one closed. The guests have no phone communication with bellmen or housekeeping without going through someone at the front desk who tracks everything to be sure it gets done. Bathrooms were small, small, small, room was $249 for one night and should have been about $100. The location is great because it is within walking distance of everything in bricktown. The service was great, but we were very unimpressed with the rooms for the price. They had comfortable beds and bedding, but the carpet looked dirty and the bathroom wasn't too clean. The inside of the rooms looked more like a $50 hotel, not the $135 we spent.
